Estate Event Associates play a key role in bringing our in-person openings to life. While the home is already staged and every item carefully priced, it’s your presence that sets the tone. You’ll greet guests with professionalism and warmth, offer gentle direction as they explore the space, and serve as a calm, attentive guide throughout the event.
In this role, you help uphold both the flow and the integrity of the estate. You may assist with check-out, ensure items remain in their designated locations, and refresh displays as items are selected. You'll monitor guest traffic, maintain clear pathways, and answer light questions about pieces when appropriate. Whether you're offering a kind word or helping redirect a guest with grace, you help ensure each event feels polished, intentional, and cared for from start to finish.

This is a fully in-person role at estate properties. Reliable transportation is required, along with the ability to arrive on time and present professionally.

Role Requirements:
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Able to travel to estate locations in Oklahoma County
Professional appearance and calm, friendly demeanor
Strong situational awareness and ability to follow instructions
Dependable, punctual, and respectful in client spaces
Ability to remain attentive in dynamic environments
Prior event, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required

As an Estate Event Associate, you’re part of the visible, trusted presence that shapes the feel of each estate opening. While the staging and setup are already in place, your role is to maintain that sense of beauty and order as guests move through the home.
You’ll greet visitors, help them understand the flow of the event, and keep an eye on the integrity of displayed items. You may gently answer questions, redirect traffic, and re-stage areas that need light attention—all while staying alert, approachable, and calm.
