Estate days are where all the preparation comes together—and as an Estate Event Associate, you help ensure that every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Whether you're answering questions about an item, guiding guests through the space, or simply offering a warm smile, your role supports the tone and professionalism of the entire event. You're on the floor, aware, engaged, and present—helping make the estate opening feel not only polished, but personal.
Estate Event Associates play a key role in bringing our in-person openings to life. While the home is already staged and every item carefully priced, it’s your presence that sets the tone. You’ll greet guests with professionalism and warmth, offer gentle direction as they explore the space, and serve as a calm, attentive guide throughout the event.
In this role, you help uphold both the flow and the integrity of the estate. You may assist with check-out, ensure items remain in their designated locations, and refresh displays as items are selected. You'll monitor guest traffic, maintain clear pathways, and answer light questions about pieces when appropriate. Whether you're offering a kind word or helping redirect a guest with grace, you help ensure each event feels polished, intentional, and cared for from start to finish.
This role is scheduled around estate openings, ideal for someone who enjoys flexible, meaningful work and occasional weekday or weekend availability.
Estate events typically take place on weekends, with some weekday opportunities for setup support or extended sale hours.
This is a fully in-person role at estate properties. Reliable transportation is required, along with the ability to arrive on time and present professionally.
Compensation is based on experience, with the opportunity to take on expanded roles in setup, event flow management, or team leadership as we grow.

The right person for this role is someone who knows how to be present—aware, observant, and quietly dependable. You’re the kind of person who notices when a guest looks unsure, straightens a tag without being asked, and keeps the room flowing without ever calling attention to yourself. You understand that estate events aren’t like retail—they carry emotion, history, and a sense of respect for what’s being offered. That’s why you move with intention, greet with care, and take pride in creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door.
You enjoy structure, follow-through, and contributing to a team that values consistency and integrity. Whether you're monitoring foot traffic, tidying up a display, or providing a kind answer to a simple question, your presence makes the experience better for both our clients and our guests.
You have a strong sense of awareness and a natural ability to read the room. You notice when something is out of place, when a guest might need help, or when a space needs a quiet reset—often before anyone has to ask.
You strike the perfect balance between warmth and professionalism. You’re approachable and kind, but you also maintain boundaries, follow direction with ease, and represent the Fox & Finch brand with grace and consistency.
